
Ms. Kilinahemālie “Kili” Ling is a kanaka ʻōiwi who was raised in Wakinekona and currently resides in Paumalū, Koʻolauloa, Oʻahu. She earned a B.A. degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2019 and has a particular interest in Oceanic studies and indigenous anthropology.
Kili joins the Pacific Islands Development Program (PIDP) team as an Administrative Assistant where she helps with admin, fiscal, and logistical arrangements for staff, participants, and program activities. Prior to this, Kili worked with the Professional Development Program (PDP) as a program assistant for two years, beginning in January 2020. There, she had the opportunity of providing support for the Leadership Program social media, various virtual workshops, and events, and worked closely with the Pacific Islands Leadership Program (PILP), through her assistance with new cohort recruitment, the 2021 and 2022 PILP Alumni Virtual Summit, and Pacific Leaders Today, a PILP podcast. Since August 2021, Kili has served as a co-chair for the EWC DEI committee.
