MARISA MAEPU SPEAKS WITH PIR ABOUT HER WORK

Interview with Marisa Maepu who talks to PIDP’s Nikola Komailevuka about her work in Pacific Literature. Marisa is a New Zealand born Samoan author who hopes her work will inspire more Pacific Islanders to engage in the literary arena. She will return to New Zealand next week when her three month Fulbright fellowship ends. The completion of her first book, a compilation of anthologies, is due out in early 2012. December 20, 2011.
