Center Graduate Degree Fellowship | ADB-Government of Japan Scholarships East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship In its 5th decade, the EWC Graduate Degree Fellowship continues to draw outstanding applicants in the fellowship competition for graduate study. The fellowship provides funding for MA (up to 24-months) or Doctoral degree (up to 48- months) study. Eligibility: Citizens or permanent residents of the United States and citizens of countries in the Pacific and Asia. Applications invited from: American Samoa, Australia, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna Islands. Eligibility: Applicants must be a citizen of a borrowing member country of the Asian Development Bank. Pacific nations that are current borrowing member countries include: Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Republic of Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu. Eligibility: APLP is open to citizens of all countries for participation; however, eligibility for scholarship consideration is limited to citizens or permanent residents of the United States and citizens of countries in the Pacific and Asia. Funding is for undergraduate degree or Master’s level study. Eligibility: Citizens of the Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
