Nauru’s Foreign Minister Resigns WELLINGTON, New Zealand (Radio New Zealand International, Feb. 8, 2013) – Nauru’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade, Health and Sport, Dr Kieren Keke, has resigned from Cabinet. The resignation was announced by the Speaker, Ludwig Scotty, at the start of Thursday’s parliamentary sitting. No reason was given for the Dr Keke’s decision which came after an unsuccessful attempt by the opposition to remove the government through a vote of no confidence.
