Please give details about your Quality Assurance Program?

For NONI JUICE Production, Noni fruits are carefully collected from Farmers, Washed and Stored in Bins before delivered to the factory. At the factory staff GRADE the Fruits and wash them with UV/OZONE treated Water before its stored. Special Treatment during the Noni storage is conducted to ensure the Fruits DO NOT get contaminated before processing for production. Clean Room is built for bottling Noni Juice and other beverages to ensure purity in the products. Randam product sampling are conducted by sending the Samples of the product to the FIJI CHEMISTRY LABORATORY (independent) for analytical Report plus Bacteria Checks. All piping are 316 stainless steel and staff are uniformed under special coats and gloves before they are allowed in the production Room. Report on daily production are kept for Reference on individual batch.
