Pacific Islands Development Program of the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. PIBN serves as an information conduit to provide purchasing agents, overseas investors, and individual consumers with details about products and services available in JCC member Pacific Islands states. Via
this new and expanding website, specific information about these products and services is available in electronic form over the Internet. PIBN is an attempt to harness the power of computer and telecommunications technology to project
